Updating odbc driver

Visit Stack Exchange I received the following errors in the Microsoft ODBC Data Source manager (64-bit), for my data source an MS Access DB (.accdb), after updating to Windows 10 from 7 and uninstalling MS 2010 and installing 2013: "The driver of this User DSN does not exist. It can only be removed." And also: "The driver of this 64-bit System DSN does not exist.Think of it as Access for Windows without the graphical interfaces. The Linux Application Package component provides an ODBC driver for Linux.

I'm trying to install Oracle Workbench and the user guide suggested I have ODBC ver 4.00.4403.00 or greater. Another factor to consider is what version your Oracle database is.

(IBM does not plan to support IBM i Access for Windows on operating systems beyond Windows 8.1.

The replacement product is IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS), which includes 5250 emulation, data transfer, printer output, console support, and more.

This means that if you have an ODBC with name xconn for MS SQL Server, you may delete this and recreate it for Oracle with the same name as xconn.

The application will not be impacted (unless there are database specific query/commands).
